History

CCC International Engineering Nigeria Limited was incorporated in Nigeria on 22nd December, 2003.We are an integrated technology and engineering project contractor in power and other infrastructure sector. For the past thirteen years existence in Nigeria, CCC have successfully completed and handed over to our client NIPP the Lot15 project which consist of one 330/132/33kV substation, two 132/33kV substation (extension) one Double circuit Transmission line, two 132kV tubular pole Transmission Lines. We are also honored that we were awarded by NIPP Lot3 project 330kV Double circuit Transmission line and we have completed our own section of the work. And we have successfully completed the 41km 330kV Double circuit line crossing the proposed Centenary city within six months. Besides NIPP projects, we have also completed PHCN/TCN Two line bays 132/33kV Eket Substation extension projects and we are currently executing the same PHCN /TCN Onitsha 132/33kVinstallation of 100MVA Power transformer project (Lot5). We are currently executing NDPHC/NIPP LOT7 Project at Alausa – Oke -aro four circuits transmission lines which was formally awarded to News Engineering Nig Ltd but they couldn’t finish it.CCC is currently executing power project overseas with the Rural Energy Agency of Tanzania and this project covers supply and installation of distribution substation (11/33kV) medium and low voltage lines, transformers and connection of customers in un-electrified rural area of Tanzania. Since incorporation of CCC International Engineering Nig. Ltd., we have a reputable relationship with some banks in Nigeria such as Zenith Bank, UBA, FCMB, Access Bank etc. During this period we had a lot of transactions with the banks such as; issuing of Bid Bonds, APG.LC etc. We have maintained an annual turnover of about N5, 000,000,000 with some of these Banks. Our project execution team has gained much experience from all the projects we have delivered. Moreover, a large group of Nigeria Engineers and staffs have been comprehensively trained with necessary skills and professional knowledge with which these people can play important roles in the development of the power sector of Nigeria.

In anticipation, we will never stop pursuing high efficiency in project execution and will always do our best to contribute more to Nigeria people.

The current board of Directors are;

• The first Directors of the company shall be appointed by subscribers to the Memorandum of Association
• Unless and until otherwise determined by the company in general meeting the number of Directors shall not be less than two.
• The board of Directors shall have power to appoint new Directors to fill any vacancy arising out of death, resignation, retirement or removal.

As derived from operations and activities involving international trade, economic and quality project assignments, CCC INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING NIG LTD has gained its access to credit, capital and loan support from notable financial institutions both at home and abroad.
